Arne joined the company in 2016, bringing with him a background in economics and extensive experience in leadership, business development, and venture capital. With a strong drive for building a sustainable and healthy company, he is committed to long-term growth and strategic success.

Fatima is among our newest additions, having joined our management team in 2025. She holds a background in electrical engineering and possesses strong competencies in project management, programming, risk management, and server administration. Fatima provides leadership to the team with a focus on organizational structure and maintaining high standards of cybersecurity.

Markus joined the company in 2023, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in maritime and manufacturing, with a track record in sales, product management, and executive leadership roles. Skilled in communication and networking and passionate about innovation and growth, he focuses on uncovering new business opportunities and expanding the company’s horizons.

With an electrical engineering background and a strong track record in sales, Peter excels at streamlining workflows and driving process improvements that enhance customer value. Passionate about delivering value, he leads our global sales team with a focus on optimizing workflows and exceeding customer expectations.

Christin joined the company in 2024, bringing with her years of experience in people management. Christin is passionate about building strong, engaged teams. She is dedicated to shaping a thriving workplace by driving our HR strategy, strengthening our people culture, and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support long-term growth.

Over his 20 years at the company, René has built a reputation as a hands‑on, practical leader at the helm of operations in Vejle. His blacksmith training laid the foundation for a deep understanding of production work, from coordinating workshop activities to partnering with the Welding Coordinator and bringing new talent into the team. His approach blends dedication, creativity, and efficiency, all contributing to refining and strengthening the solutions offered to customers.

Nicolai has over 20 years of experience in LED lighting solutions for the wind industry, backed by an electrical and technical background. His expertise spans technical sales, project management, operations, and leadership roles, including Technical Director. With a deep understanding of product development and market needs, he plays a key role in driving innovation and ensuring excellence in our product portfolio.

Poul is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in strategic management, consulting, and executive leadership. Having served as CEO, Vice President, and board member in multiple organizations, he brings deep industry knowledge and vision. His passion for renewable energy fuels his commitment to innovation and long-term business success.

Since joining in 2014, Anne has been a driving force in keeping operations smooth and efficient. With a background in finance and project management, she combines analytical precision with strong leadership to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Her focus on execution and problem-solving keeps the business moving forward.

Doreen joined the company in 2024, bringing extensive experience in quality management, compliance, and risk assessment in industries such as aerospace, rail, and wind energy. A skilled auditor with expertise in multiple certification standards, Doreen has also served as a trainer and consultant for management systems, including QM, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. She plays a crucial role in upholding our commitment to the highest quality and compliance standards, ensuring excellence in everything we do.

Since joining in 2022, Oliver has leveraged his expertise in automation and engineering to push product innovation forward. With a keen eye for technical details and a problem-solving mindset, he inspires our engineers to design smarter, more efficient solutions.

Jeremy has been a driving force in marketing since joining the company in 2015. With over 25 years in B2B marketing and 17 years in offshore wind, he combines industry expertise with strategic insight. After years of growing our presence in Asia and the USA, he now focuses on guiding the customer journey, creating meaningful content, and ensuring our marketing efforts drive real value for both our clients and the company.
